Margaret’s Place Counselor (New York)
Margaret’s Place Counselors provide trauma-informed counseling, violence prevention education, and youth leadership programming in a school-based setting. This role works closely with students, families, and school staff to promote healthy relationships, support young people impacted by violence and abuse, and foster a safer, more supportive school community. Ideal candidates have a master’s degree in a related field, experience working with children and adolescents, and a passion for empowering young people.

The Program Supervisor provides clinical leadership, guidance, and oversight for our Margaret’s Place school-based programs. This role supports and supervises clinical staff, ensures the delivery of high-quality trauma-informed counseling and violence prevention services, and builds strong partnerships with schools and community organizations. Ideal candidates hold a master’s degree in a related field, an active New York State clinical license, and have experience in clinical supervision, program management, and working with youth impacted by violence and abuse.
