On June 28, 2020, Joe Torre Safe At Home had the unique opportunity to partner with the YES Network for a one-of-a-kind televised fundraiser to support our work! This special event commemorated the 20th anniversary of the 2000 World Series, played by the New York Mets and the New York Yankees.

This event included Safe At Home highlights and a panel, moderated by Michael Kay, and featured Yankees David Cone, Jorge Posada, Joe Torre, and Bernie Williams, and Mets John Franco, Al Leiter, Bobby Valentine, and Todd Zeile.

Because of the event, Safe At Home raised more than $200,000 to support our life-changing work with youth exposed to violence and abuse. We’d like to thank our Presenting Sponsors: Flemington Car and Truck Country Family of Brands, The Somerset Patriots, Clinton Honda, and Jaguar Land Rover Princeton.

We’d also like to thank our Grand Slam Sponsor, CohnReznick LLP, and our Home Run Sponsor, Bigelow Tea, for supporting this event. We’d also like to express our gratitude to the panelists and the YES Network for their support.
