Program Supervisor – Los Angeles

The Program Supervisor will oversee services provided by clinical staff at our three Margaret’s Place sites in South and North/Northeast Los Angeles, and will provide direct administrative, programmatic and clinical supervision. The Program Supervisor will provide support and guidance to clinical staff to ensure successful delivery of services to youth exposed to violence. The position requires familiarity and compliance with all relevant agency and state licensure regulations. The ideal candidate will understand violence intervention and prevention work.

Government Grants Administrator – New York / Los Angeles / Hybrid

The Government Grants Administrator will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all Safe at Home Government Grants and contracts, from proposal development to reporting, invoicing and closeout. This position requires a candidate with a strong understanding of the government grant process and contract administration processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Program Coordinator, Data and Evaluation – Los Angeles

The Program Coordinator, Data and Evaluation will play a pivotal role in supporting program implementation, program quality, and program evaluation for the Margaret’s Place program by supporting the collection, quality assurance, and analysis of program data. In this role, the Coordinator will provide program support to program teams to ensure that the database is fully maximized, and that staff members are using it efficiently. This is an opportunity for someone who is very detail oriented and organized to enable SAH to comprehensively collect program data and support SAH to tell the full story of its programs’ impact on the community.

Associate Director of Program Compliance

As the Associate Director of Program Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless implementation of grant-funded programs, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitating effective communication between the clinical, impact, and grant management teams.
